Owen Condemns Car Bomb Attack

Commenting on the bomb attack in County Antrim, Shadow Secretary of State for Northern Ireland, Owen Paterson said: “I utterly condemn this cowardly attack on a police officer whose job is to serve the whole community. “Those who carried it out have nothing to offer the people of Northern Ireland. “They are stuck in the past while the overwhelming majority of people want to move forward in a peaceful future together. “Anyone with any information should make this available to the police without delay. “Meanwhile our thoughts are with the police officer and his family.”
